Refurbishment and upgrading of period family home in Ranelagh Dublin 6. Project included internal refurbishment, new M&E services, sanitary, upgrading insulation, fitted furniture, decorative plaster-work, joinery work, finishes and decoration.
No 95 Springhill Avenue, Blackrock Co Dublin.
Extensive refurbishment and energy upgrade of an existing family home woks carried out in 2024.

Complete refurbishment and kitchen extension to private dwelling at St Peters parish Church in Bray Co Wicklow for the Dublin Archdiocese.

In 2021 Joseph Mac Namee and Company Limited were engaged to carry out completion works to a private dwelling in Highfield Grove in Rathgar. The previous contractor had left the site and left the building in an incomplete state. Joseph Mac Namee and Co were engaged to complete the works to the clients satisfaction.
10 Clontarf Road, Dublin 3.
Extensive refurbishment works were carried out by Joseph Mac Namee and Company Limited to this early 19th century property in Clontarf, Dublin 3. The four storey property was extensively refurbished as well as structural repairs and an annex extension was also constructed to the rear. The project involved a mix of traditional building methods and techniques along with modern construction practices and technology. Traditional trades such as traditional lime plastering and carpentry were employed along with modern products and methods such as rain screen cladding and aluminium curtain walling to the rear extension.
